Updated over a month ago

Track invitations you've sent and take action if someone hasn't accepted. From the Pending Invitations tab, you can resend invitations, change the role or Business Unit access before someone accepts, or revoke invitations that are no longer needed.

View pending invitations

  1. Click your profile icon in the top right corner and select Manage Users.

  2. Click the Pending Invitations tab.

  3. You'll see all outstanding invitations with the following information:

    • Email address the invitation was sent to

    • Role assigned to the invitation

    • Business Unit access granted

    • Date the invitation was last sent

Resend an invitation

Use this when the recipient didn't receive the email, the invitation expired, or you simply want to send a reminder.

  1. In the Pending Invitations tab, find the invitation you want to resend.

  2. Click Resend next to that invitation.

A fresh invitation email is sent to the recipient, and the "Last sent" date updates.

Edit an invitation

Use this when you need to change the role or Business Unit access before the recipient accepts. This is useful if you initially set the wrong permissions or if their responsibilities have changed since you sent the invitation.

  1. In the Pending Invitations tab, find the invitation you want to edit.

  2. Click Edit next to that invitation.

  3. Update the role, Business Unit access, or both.

  4. Save your changes.

  5. Optionally, click Resend to send a fresh invitation with the updated details.

If you edit without resending, the original invitation link remains valid. When the recipient accepts, they'll receive the updated role and Business Unit access, not what was originally sent.

Revoke an invitation

Use this when the invitation was sent in error, you no longer want this person to join, or the project or role they were invited for is no longer relevant.

  1. In the Pending Invitations tab, find the invitation you want to revoke.

  2. Click Revoke next to that invitation.

  3. Confirm that you want to revoke the invitation.

The invitation link becomes invalid immediately. If the recipient tries to use the link, it won't work. The invitation is removed from your Pending Invitations list.

Tips

  • Before resending, check with the recipient whether they received the original email. If it went to spam, they can accept from there without needing a new invitation.

  • If you've invited someone with the wrong email address, revoke the incorrect invitation and create a new one with the correct address.
