Altruistiq records audit events whenever users or systems perform significant actions in your organisation. The audit log helps you track who did what and when, supporting governance, compliance, and troubleshooting.

This page lists every audit event, grouped by category. Use the column descriptions below to understand what each field means.

How to read this reference

Each table includes the following columns:

Code -- the unique event identifier (e.g. AUTH_001)
Event -- a short description of the action
Impacts Footprint Data -- whether the event triggers recalculation of your emissions footprint data
Impacts Supply Chain Engagement Programme Data (SEP) -- whether the event is relevant to your Supply Chain Engagement Programme. This includes both events that may impact the underlying purchases you connect your supplier data to, and the requests and responses that you gather with your supply chain
Bulk -- whether the action can apply to multiple entities at once
Context message -- the detail string recorded in the audit log, showing which fields and values are captured

Events marked Impacts Footprint Data may cause your footprint calculations to update. If you see unexpected changes in your emissions data, check the Data Changloe for recent events in the relevant category.
